Used Kit Direct (UKD) is a wholey owned subsidary of BNP Paribas Lease Group, a subsidiary of leading international financial institution, BNP Paribas. UKD is a specialist asset disposal agency operating in the finance industry on behalf of a number of finance companies and third parties.

This website is intended for the delivery and display of information only. The information, service and products on this website are intended for use by residents of the UK only. It is the buyers responsibility to verify any information they may use in making their purchasing decision.

Mechanical Warranty and or Maintenance Contracts
UKD cannot warranty the quality of any mechanical warranty or maintenance contract which may be entered into during the purchasing process. Any contract entered into between the buyer and the third party offering the service does not include UKD either expressly or implicitly.
All goods/items purchased are sold on the basis of SOLD AS SEEN. No warranties are given whether express nor implied on any item disposed of by UKD.
Offer to purchase
Any price offered by you on an item is deemed to be an unconditional offer to purchase which you are contractually bound to finalise. Should you decide not to go ahead with the purchase after making the offer UKD reserves the right to enforce the unconditional offer made by yourself. Failure to complete the purchase contract may result in UKD selling the goods billing youself for any difference in value between your original unconditional offer and the eventual sale price.
UKD makes no representations either implicit or explicit re the items condition and suitiability for the purpose intended. By making this offer you acknowledge that the onus is upon you to satisfy yourself with regards to the items performance, suitability for the purpose intended and the items condition.
VAT
Every care will be taken on the part of UKD and its staff to highlight where VAT applies. The buyer may withdraw from their offer to purchase if VAT implications are not highlighted at time of sale but do in fact apply.

This dislcaimer constitutes the entire agreement between us and you in relation to the use of this website. The agreement supersedes any previous agreements in respect of your use of our website.
